Method of working
Personal trainer in Amsterdam since 2007.
During the intake we will discuss your wish or wishes: what result do you want? And what are you willing to do en let go to achieve these wishes. Together we discuss a plan of action that works for you.
During the first trainings I will make a motion analysis. I measure your flexibility, power and motor skills among other things.
During a training I’m straightforward. Cooperation and attention are important to me, so you and I are a team. I want you to learn as much from our sessions for you to use the skills from training in daily life yourself too.
In between sessions we will evaluate your progression regularly. If necessary, your respiration, rest days and diet will be examined.
The most important thing to me is: No one is exactly the same. Everyone has his or her unique lifestyle, background and physical strengths. I give you the most fitting personal attention.
