As a certified trainer in pregnancy and postnatal recovery, I help you stay fit and strong, tailored to what your body needs during this phase.

I specialize in training and coaching both during and after pregnancy. Through my certifications, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the specific needs of pregnant and postpartum women. My approach focuses on breathing techniques, diastasis checks, and strengthening the core, pelvic floor, and back muscles.

I personally understand what it’s like to be pregnant—not only through my expertise but also through my own experience as a mother of twins. This allows me to guide you like no other, with exercises suited to your unique situation, helping you feel stronger both during and after pregnancy.
